He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel J. Felder and Mary Helen Felder (Smith); and his wife Janet Lane. He is survived by: his children, Bob (Judy Felder), Michael (Vickie Felder), Herbert Felder Jr. (Laura) and Terry Price; and his brother Danny (Beverly Felder). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
