He was predeceased by: his parents, William Haskell Chambers and Mary Juanita Chambers (Long); his siblings, Cal Chambers and Patsy Chambers; his siblings-in-law, James Smart, Charles Smart, Dennis Smart, Mary "Tootsie" Chambers and Barbara Smart; and his nieces and nephews, Cindy Vinson, Vonda Fitzsimmons, Jerry Chambers and Kenny Fitzsimmons.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Chambers (Smart); his daughters, Deborah Kraeutner of Crescent, Meichelle Colville (Lonnie) of Enid and Kristina Pumphrey (Nate) of Edmond; his brother Bill Chambers; and his grandchildren, Paula Rauschenberg (Johnie), Jayme Von Schriltz, Tabetha Chambers, Stacie Canning (Jacob), Tiffany Kent (Chad), Tyler Pumphrey, Reed Pumphrey (Lauren) and Brayden Kraeutner. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and numerous additional family and friends.
