He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Lichtenberg and Lorraine Lichtenberg (Hayes); his brother Jim; and his wife Eileen (Simpson). He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Spivy of Arlington and Beverly (Chuck Grimes) of Hennessey; his sister-in-law Janice Lichtenberg of Enid; his children, Tammy (Steve Lemke) of Norman and Terry Franklin of Tucson, Arizona; his grandchildren, Thomas (Rebecca Lemke), Seth (Madisen) and Sarah Lemke; and his great grandchildren, Ranan, Lucy, Alice and Peter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, "Build to the Future" fund.
