He is survived by: his mother Diane Goulart; his wife Michaela; his children, Mia, Brigitte and Blake; his mother-in-law Brigitte; his siblings, Dan Goulart (Tammy) and Jackie Neese; his sister-in-law Francesca Burton (Blaze); his nieces and nephews, Mekaela, Megan, Gabrielle, Brendan and Logan; his great-niece Aleah; and his pets, Lucy and Remi. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dr. Goulart's name to Hospice Circle of Love and/or the John Goulart Medical Student Scholarship Program.
