Winkelman of Enid, Oklahoma, born in Wellington, Kansas, who passed away on August 6, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Albert and Coy Mae McElfresh (Milam); her granddaughter Shanya Holder; her siblings, Jerry McElfresh, Loretta McElfresh, Patricia Black and Joyce Anaya; her sister-in-law Madonna McElfresh; and her siblings' children, Gene Black, Jr., Jeffrey McElfresh, Jerry Lee McElfresh and Melinda Hoffman.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick Winkelman of Enid; her children, Dwayne Decker (Marie) of Tulsa, Shiela Vincent (Buddy) of Enid, Christy Decker (Antonio) of Enid, Melissa Ramirez of Enid and Justin Winkelman (Nancy) of Enid; and her siblings, Anthony McElfresh of Enid, Albert McElfresh (Debra) of Burns Flat, OK, Mike Wendt (Shannon) of Newton, KS, Jimmy Wendt, Pam Jones (Mike) of Enid and Betty Ann Petty (Steve) of Enid. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Julie's name may be made to Humanity Hospice with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
