It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Larry Earl Geurkink of Enid, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 17, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Geurkink and Edythe Geurkink (Barnheart); his brother Don Geurkink; and his son Mickey Geurkink. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Geurkink (Newson); his son Patrick Geurkink (Kim) of Colorado; his grandchildren, Kylie, Bryan and Alex; and his great grandchildren, Mic and Clara.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Emmanuel Baptist Church (2505 W Owen K Garriott, Enid, OK 73703).
