She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Riffel and Lily Riffel (Belz); her husband Dr. Harold Beltz; her sister Alberta Joyner Becker; her stepson Norman Sogioka; and her great-nephew Jordan Madison.
She is survived by: her niece Barbara Long of Osage; her nephew Delbert Joyner (Becky) of Carrier, Oklahoma; her stepdaughters, Patsy Sogioka of Carrier, Oklahoma and Linda Richards (Gregg) of Carrier, Oklahoma; her stepgrandchildren, Michael Sogioka and Kimberly Buhler (Josh); her great-nieces, Debra Dugan, Jonica Madison and Jennifer Shim; and her great-nephew Jody Joyner.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested loving contributions be made to Enid Women's Ministry with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
