He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Johns and Velma Johns; his son Jesse Johns; his siblings, Jody Johns, Terry Johns and Clariene Sulivan; his son-in-law Jim Diefenderfer; his grandsons, Holden Hughes and Chris Diefenderfer; his great grandchild Elizabeth Stephenson; and his nephews, Troy Johns, Terry Joe Sulivan, Kenton Johns and Howard Johns.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Johns; his brothers, Vic Johns of Rush and Marvin Johns (Roxie) of Newkirk, Oklahoma; and his children, Lester Victor "Butch" Johns (Pam) of Dutch John, David Johns of Richfield, Utah, Christine Sorensen (Jay) of Richfield, Teresa Diefenderfer of Yuma, Alicia Hughes (Bruce Beaver) of Enid, Oklahoma, Tracy Andrews and Kenzie Grauberger. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; fifty-two great-grandchildren; and ten great-great-grandchildren.
