She was predeceased by: her husband W. D. "Bussy" Kelin; her parents, Margaret Foth (Penner) and Isaac Foth; her sisters, Jo Seelke, Bernettie Foth, Lorine Perry and Inez Foth; and her grandson Matthew Wilcox.
She is survived by: her daughter Marlis; her son-in-law Brian Wilcox; and her grandsons, Jordan Wilcox and Logan Wilcox. She is also survived by one niece, three nephews, and a host of wonderful friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Enid Cemetery (212 W Willow Rd, Enid, OK 73701).
