She was predeceased by: her parents, William Francis and Velva Ada Black (Walker); her husband Melvin Unruh; her son Lyle Dean; and her siblings, Eston, Junior, Lavern, Mary Lois, Cathrine (Cathern), Rosalee and Iona (Noni).
She is survived by: her daughters, Sonja Eck (Kevin), Connie Estes (Michael) and Andrea Kent (Norman); her daughter-in-law Tommi Cobb of Arkansas; her grandsons, Cody Unruh (Hailie) and Nicholas Unruh (Burgundi); her great grandchildren, Cameron, Benjamin, Lyle and Addison of Arkansas; and her sister Myrtle Dyer of Texas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
