She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jr. Butterworth and Hilda Butterworth; and her husband Jerry Lee Wade Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Terry Lee Wade (Lisa) of Del City, Jerry Lee Wade Jr. (Alisha) of Enid and Jason Taylor Wade of Enid, Oklahoma; and her brothers, Glenn Butterworth (Karen) of Lakeland and Gary Butterworth (Kathy) of Fort Myers, Florida.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Calendar Brown-Cummings Chapel (400 W Maple Ave, Enid, OK 73701).
