She is survived by: her siblings, Nathaniel Phillips Jr., Rodney Phillips of Enid, Oklahoma, Jean Bell, Annetta Phillips, Cindy Phillips and Lisa Hampton (Walter Hampton) of Joplin; and her cousin Marsha Smith (Punkin).
