She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleon C. Jack and Vera Amy Jack (Murphy); her husband Corky Green; her son Jackie Charles Green; and her siblings, Jackie Jack and Lola Jean Lamle.
She is survived by: her daughter Jane Green of Hot Springs, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Courtney Green (Matt Elliott) of Enid, Mathew Green (Molly) of Cherokee and Jessica Green of Aline; her daughter-in-law Sherry Green; and her great grandchildren, Benelli Green, Lucian English, Stratton Green and Candice Green. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
