He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Warren Prince and Patricia Houska; his aunt Shirley Hartung; and his cousin Eric Hartung. He is survived by: his parents, Jon Phillips of Plano and Brenda Kay Kaminskas (Prince) of Enid; his sister Jennifer Garis (T. J.); his nieces and nephews, Aiden of Enid, OK and Easton of Enid, OK; his brother James Kaminskas (Shantel); his nieces and nephews, Kai of Cherokee, OK and Jaylee of Cherokee, OK; his brother Dakota Prince of Enid, OK; and his niece Alexis Kaminskas of Skiatook, OK. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins and many friends.
