He is survived by: his wife Darlene Pridemore; his sons, Daryl A. Lindell and Steve L. (Jae Lindell); his grandsons, James, Jeffrey and Matthew Lindell; his great grandchild Timber; and his sister Iva Ann Stone.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in Phil's name be made to the Diabetes Foundation, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
