He is survived by : his parents, Richard John Hart Sr. of Hagerstown, MD and Bessie Oxford of Enid; and his brothers, Mike Rose of Milton, FL and Timothy Hart of Milton, FL..

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Chapel (400 W Maple Ave, Enid, OK 73701).
