He is survived by: his sisters, Roberta Smith of Edmond, Ramona (Lyle Phillips) and Maria Kunkel of Norman; his nieces, Julie Hoff of Edmond, Jeanna Davis (Jim) of Edmond, Leah Conklin (Craig) of Jackson, MO and Sarah Phillips of Enid; his great-nieces, Olivia Hoff and Annie Conklin; and his great-nephew Matty Conklin.
