He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Hoffman and Schmidt. He is survived by: his wife Lisa O'Neill; his children, Ann Munroe (Scott) of Belton, Michael Hoffman (Donna) of Cedar Falls and Jayne Meyer (Ross) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Colin Munroe, Keller Munroe, Nathan Hoffman, William Hoffman, Maryn Meyer and Reid Meyer; his stepchildren, Josh O'Neill (Kim) and Ryan O'Neill; his granddaughters, Shanley O'Neill and Riley O'Neill; and his siblings, Pat Robben (Norbert) of Andale, Don Hoffman (Diane) of Guthrie, Mary Holter (John) of Norman and Linda Pickel (Billy) of Tiesiding, Wyoming.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
