He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Killam; his daughters, Tiffany Burns (Bob) of Edmond and Crystal Smith (Quentin) of Lahoma; his grandchildren, Shelby, Maverick Smith of Lahoma and Rhayven Burns of Edmond; and his sister Kathy Vickers (Butch) of Enid.
