Rule leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Rule’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Rule will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Forest Webster and Bernie Berry Webster (Sharon); his brother Jerry; and his grandson Elijah. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Webster (Brenda Wong) of Enid, Shelly Krause (Jim) of Okeene and Cary Cross (Jonathon) of Ringwood. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and numerous relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel (601 W Broadway Ave, Enid, OK 73701). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Enid Cemetery (212 W Willow Rd, Enid, OK 73701).
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the Okeene Athletic Department.
