She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. "Jack" White and Charlotte Duke White; and her father-in-law Jim Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Lynn Phillips; her children, Drew Phillips (Brittany) of Denver, Bailey Phillips (Vance) of Enid and Wade Phillips (Cara) of Yukon, Oklahoma; her grandchild Brooke Phillips of Enid; her stepmother Eva White of Muskogee; and her granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Jaylyn Perrott.
Memorials may be made in her honor to the Gaslight Children's Drama Camp, Sally Phillips scholarship fund with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
