She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joe Franks and June Franks; her husband Craig Nelson; her children, Tracy and David Webb; her grandchildren, Lauren and Taylor; her daughter Kristi Abney; her grandsons, John Calvin and Ben; her daughter Lori Burgess; her granddaughter Haley; her children, Carrie and Kyle House; her grandchildren, Trent and Tessa; her children, Chip and Kandi Nelson; her grandchildren, Gunnar and Emily; and her sister Janie Lackey of Enid. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Oklahoma Parkinson's Alliance or Central Christian Church.
