She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bixler and Blanche Bixler of Mary's Regional Medical Center; and her sisters, Patricia Radebaugh and Pamela Heath. She is survived by: her sons, Robby Barker of Enid and Chris Clem of Enid; her grandsons, Madden Clem and Greyson Clem; her brother Michael Bixler (Michelle) of Enid; her nieces, Alexis and Wendy Kinzer (Rob) of Enid; and her nephew Dylan Bixler.
Memorial contributions in Shirley's name may be made to the charity of choice, or to Ladusau-Evans to help the family with funeral expenses.
