He is survived by: his wife Bertie; his children, Chad Holliday (Chloe), Brandi Holliday, Cheri Holliday, Stevie Holliday and Paige Galusha (Trevor); his brothers, Gary Holliday and Dennis Holliday (Carla); his niece Sarah; his nephew Sam; and his pets, Maggie and Izzie. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
