He was predeceased by: his parents, Marinus Meulpolder and Lilly Margaret Sophia Meulpolder (Wesslund); his son Lowell Meulpolder; and his sister Lorraine Synhorst. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Grandia; and his daughters, Laura Ogle Humphrey (Monte) and Amy Brewer Boyland (Robert). He is also survived by seven grandsons, one granddaughter, three great-granddaughters, one great-grandson, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Stu's name may be made to The First United Methodist Church, The Parkinsons Foundation, or Our Daily Bread with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
