She was predeceased by: her father Danny Joe; her husband David O'Neal; her son-in-law Daniel Clark; and her sister Stephanie Ballard. She is survived by: her children, Misty Clark of Enid and Michael Humphries (Brandy) of Enid; and her grandchildren, Sarah Dayball (Sam) of Royce City, Rebecca Fee (Zach) of Enid, Bailey Humphries of Enid and Corbin Humphries of Enid. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, two aunts, an uncle, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
