He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his stepdaughters, Tess Nicholas (Stephen), Gracie Scott and Isabel Scott; his grandchildren, Isla and Scott; his sister Carol Flick (Randy); his niece Darcy Boorem (Jake); his nephew Aaron Flick (Jaime); and his pets, Missy, Rose and Fig.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Overland Park Fire Training Center (12401 Hemlock St, Overland Park, KS 66213).
