He was predeceased by: his father Bob Russell; his stepfather Steve Graham; his brother Gary; and his sister-in-law Audrey Norris. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Graham; his half-sister Laura Griffin; his grandchildren, John, Samuel, Benjamin and Josephine Norris; his niece Lacie Feuerborn (Austin); and also, Corey (Ashley) and Chad Norris (Katherine).
