He was predeceased by: his father Donny Browning; and his cousin Johnny Ritchie. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Browning (Ritchie); his children, Matthew Browning of Okmulgee and Brigett Browning Aldridge (Kenny) of McAlester; his grandchildren, Javen LaFavor, Brayden LaFavor, Alexis Aldridge, Kinsley Aldridge and Brailee Aldridge; his sisters, Vicki Scherer (Scott) and Dr. Penny Smythe (LaRay Scroggins); and the mother of his children Nadine Lewis.
