He is survived by: his sons, George McIntosh (Susan) of Holdenville, OK, Rick McIntosh (Lynda) of Oklahoma City, OK and Brennan McIntosh (Lara) of Mustang, OK; and his grandchildren, Chennea McIntosh, Georgetta McIntosh, Dursilla McIntosh, Jeremy McIntosh, Chasity Dunagan, Rickey McIntosh, Savannah Hague, Joshua McIntosh, Jordyn Marquez, Ashleigh McIntosh, Dakota McIntosh, Eden Shaw, Devin McIntosh, Karlee McIntosh, Aiden McIntosh and Noah McIntosh.
