He is survived by: his wife Connie; his daughters, Jennifer Zinkham (David) of Ellwood City, PA, Lacey Pettingill of Oklahoma City, OK and Kara Pettingill of Eufaula, OK; his grandchildren, Alyvia Norman (Jacob), Dax Harding, Chance Zinkham, Brodie Lenard, Leila Hulick, Zoe Zinkham and Leif Hulick; his great grandchildren, Hadlee Hanes and Myles Hardin; his sister Mary Ann Cortez (James) of Ellwood City, PA; and his nephews, Eric Cortez (Sarah) and Jay Cortez (Katelyn).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hunn, Black & Merritt Funeral Home (401 N Main St, Eufaula, OK 74432). A Mass will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Paul Catholic Church (700 Forest Ave, Eufaula, OK 74432).
