With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Georgia Kay Mitchell of Eufaula, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 5, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Georgia Kay leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Georgia Kay may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Bernard Pendleton and Mary Lu Pendleton (Denton); her husband Richard "Bo" Mitchell; her brothers, Douglas Pendleton and Roger Ira Pendleton; and her stepdaughter Belinda.

She is survived by: her daughter Tabitha K. Mitchell; and her brother Warren Bernard Pendleton Jr.. She is also survived by her three grandchildren.

Georgia made significant contributions to her community through her work as a cashier, waitress, and as a census worker.
