He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rackley and Maude Rackley (Nelson); his wife Carmen Morales; and his children, Steven Rackley, Debbie Arreola and Mary Ann Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Christy Garcia (Jim), Cynthia Thompson (Marty), Tony Rackley (Cheryl), David Rackley (Rhonda) and John Rackley (Stacey); his sister Wanda McCarr; and his son-in-law Brian Brown. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Brumley-Mills Funeral Home (1410 E Carl Albert Pkwy, McAlester, OK 74501). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gowen-Cambria Cemetery.
