She was predeceased by: her father James "Sonny" Bumgarner. She is survived by: her mother Hazel Pat Bumgarner (Byrd) of Eufaula, OK; her children, Carl Wayne Hearod (Bethany) of Wagoner, OK and Jayme Lynn Gill of Eufaula, OK; and her sister Cheryl Cook of Dallas, TX. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Hunn, Black & Merritt Funeral Home & Crematory (401 N Main St, Eufaula, OK 74432). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Freewill Baptist Church (1050 Birkes Rd, Eufaula, OK 74432).
