With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lela Mae Wheeler of Eufaula, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 18, 2025 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Bennett Phillips and Ruby Mae Phillips (Baker); her former husband Jimmy Wheeler; her son Keith Wheeler; and her siblings, Ruby Jean Freeman and Dale Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Caldwell; her daughters, Sabrina Daniels and Carolyn Wheeler; her siblings, Tracey Wheeler, G. B. Phillips, Toy Phillips Henry and Shirley Ann Burwell; and her grandchildren, Beau Joshua Townley, John Wheeler, Matthew Wheeler, Bryan Wheeler, Natalie Wheeler and Kaitlyn Wheeler. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and twenty great-great-grandchildren.
