He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul II and Elinore Srebala, II (Balucki); and his brothers, Larry and Bob. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou (Loui); and his adoptive parents, Shawn, Dana, Zack and Braydon.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Serenity Chapel of Garrett Family Funeral Home (311 SW 2nd St, Checotah, OK 74426).
