He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh LaFayette and Meddie Anita Johnson (Lewis); his wife Norma Lee; and his siblings, Blanquita Almond, Carmalita Wright, Carolyn Sue Johnson, Hugh Gene Johnson and Larry Wayne Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Normalita Ann Bishop of Edmond and Paula Anita Lowrance (Bart) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He is also survived by four grandchildren, six great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
