He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Willard and Velma Maxine Oliver (Hawkins); and his daughter Tracey Oliver Reyes. He is survived by: his wife Lura Nell "Nellie"; his son Bryan Oliver (Denise) of Moore; his son-in-law Richie Reyes of Blanchard; and his sister Cheryl Wells of Eufaula. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
