He was predeceased by: his father Leon Burns. He is survived by: his mother Wilma Dean Burns (Martin); his wife Judy Gayle Fowler; his children, Jimmy Burns (Paula), Jason Burns (Kandrea) and Tina Burns (Rob); his brother Alan Burns (Susie); his grandchildren, Daxton, Autumn, Kyler, Emily, Ethan, Audry, Hannah, Tristen, Emy, Cree and Reece; and his great grandchildren, Zade, Zailey, Kace, Khloe and Cella. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
