He was predeceased by : his parents, Thelma Leone Carr Conner and Don I. Conner; and his siblings, Mike Conner, Chloe Buffington and Ida Roberts.
He is survived by : his wife Carol; his parents-in-law, Luella, Monte Nabors, Ray and Rose Nice; his nieces and nephews, Sam Conner (Nancy), Cole Conner (Joselyn), Rita Farmer and Carrie Short (Jeremy); and his cousins, Karen Highfill, Billie Jo Webb (Willard), Bill Hamm (Evilin) and Dennis McAuliffe Jr. (Fleur).
