He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Edward Leo and Velma Lorene Hendrix (Douglas); his former life partner Patsy Phillips; his wife Eva; his siblings, Cleo "Runt" Hendrix and Leota Hendrix; his daughters, Tammy Sue Benham and Kathy Hurst; his sister-in-law Mary Jo Hendrix; his grandsons, Bobby Benham of Norman and Brandon Benham of Norman; his niece Barbara Thornburg of Cleveland; his nephew John Hendrix (Theresa) of Bartlesville; his granddaughter Ashley; and his grandparents, John and Clara Douglas. He was also cherished by great-nieces, great nephews and friends.
