She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy J. Tolliver and Martha Marie "Toy" Miller Tolliver; her son Terry J. Brien; her grandson Jared Webb Brien-Summy; and her stepfather Wayne Nelson.

She is survived by: her former husband James Leon "Big Jimmer" Brien; her daughter Candace "Candi"; her husband Robert Taylor; her daughter Candi Brien; her grandchildren, Mason (Casey Tallchief), Andrew Tyler, McKena Brien, Terry J. Brien II and Tobi Brien; her great grandchildren, Creed Tallchief and Emri Tallchief; her pet Milly May; and her friend Martie Crowder (John).
