He was predeceased by : his parents, Vernie L. Seabourn and Joyce Jean Seabourn (Mosby); and his wife Nancy. He is survived by : his children, Shane L. Seabourn (Lea) of Fishers, Indiana and Shannon L. Kelsey (Kenny) of Chelsea; his sister JoAnn Gant of Edmond Ok; his grandchildren, Chandra Kelsey, Katie Kelsey, Cameron Seabourn and Triston Seabourn; his stepgrandson Blayton Stoffer; and his great grandchildren, Maverick Eslinger and Connor Sampson. He is also survived by two nieces and a nephew and six great nieces and nephews.
