He was predeceased by: his father Ed. He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Johnson (Mitch) and Kimberly Penn (Jason); his wife Kathy; his grandchildren, Isabella, Bennett, Tate, Griffin and Berklee; his brothers, John, Robert and Steven; and his mother Imogene.
