He is survived by : his wife Tammie Louise Johnston (Cox); his sons, Heath Johnston (Jyme Lynn Reno) of Jay, OK and Jared Johnston (Kelsey) of Pond Creek, OK; his siblings, Eddie Johnston of Tulsa, OK, Gary Leon Johnston of Wyandotte, OK and Debra Miller of Joplin, MO; and his grandchildren, Rayker Johnston and Kadyn Johnston.
