He was predeceased by : his parents, Otis Culver and Exia Culver; and his siblings, Ruth, Iris Jean and Jerry.
He is survived by : his brother Howard; his wife LaDonna Rae Cole; his sons, Lee (Stacy) of Madill, Alton (Kim) of Verdigis and Doug (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Justin (Tiffany), Jake (Emily), Kamdyn, Jessica, Megan (Colton), Kali, Karson (Liam) and Kate; and his great grandchildren, Blakely and Elizabeth. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
