He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hoyt and Mary Katherine Ostrander (Burrough); his brother Gus Ostrander; his grandson Nathan Russell; and his stepchildren, Robin Thomas and James Clinton Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Williams; his children, Jeff Ostrander (Christy) and Jennifer Russell (Trey); his grandchildren, Elle Grace Ostrander, Audrey Nicole Ostrander and Owen Russell; his sister Jill Balch; his stepdaughter Stephanie Moon (David); his stepgrandchildren, Natalie Farabough, Mikey Farabough, Matthew Moon, Karen Moon, Page Jobson (Jeremy) and Blake Morris; and his great grandchildren, Everette Jobson, Hazel Jobson, Elijah Jobson and Abbi Nokes.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service (101 W Conner Ave, Fairland, OK 74343). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First Christian Church-Fairland (117 N Collins St, Fairland, OK 74343).
