He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Oakley and Lula Belle Mahurin; his stepfather Jim Harding; and his brother Danny Oakley. He is survived by: his wife Shelly; his grandchildren, Joel, Desiree, Kayla, Hudson, Haelyn, Holden, Landon, RayleeDawn, Gracie, Grady Oakley, Gavin Gauththier, Lillian, Rori Hale and Jaxon Harper; his great grandchild Baby Joel; and his siblings, Rick Oakley (Sandra), Pam Clapp (Joe) of Fairland and Carla Chappell (Leon) of Fairland. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
