He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Sr. Thornton and Ruth Violet Thornton (Doninger). He is survived by : his wife Rebecca Thornton (Turner); his children, Ronda Reed (Jeff), Bobby Kilgore, Shane McNabb and Corey Miller; and his siblings, Tom, Rose and Debbie. He is also survived by his seventeen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
