Bobby Van Meter Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on July 5, 2022, at the age of 89, Bobby Van Meter (Fairview, Oklahoma) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bobby Van Meter to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Meter and Helen Van Meter (Martin); and his brothers, Corwin and Bill Van Meter (Mary). He is survived by: his wife Jesse Ilene of Fairview; his children, Jeania Luber (Rick) of Oklahoma City and Mark Van Meter (Tammy) of Fairview; his grandchildren, Bryan Luber (Kate) of Edmond, Karissa Suchy (Bryan) of Oklahoma City, Paige Krause (Daylon) of Okeene and Payton Stephens (Sam) of Elk City; his brother Larry Van Meter (Peggy) of Dacoma; his sister-in-law June Van Meter; and his great grandchildren, Heidi, Claire, Levi, Finley, Sloane, Suttyn and Logan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Bob Van Meter Memorial Scholarship fund with Fairview Funeral Home acting as custodian of the funds.
